Flamingo Hotel, Jomtien Beach

This hotel offers exceptional service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. I've stayed here multiple times and have always been impressed by the willingness of the staff to go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The accommodations are comfortable and the management creates a genuine community feel, but it isn’t a luxury hotel, so don’t expect five-star amenities. It's a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a personal touch in their stay.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and it has consistently surprised me with its cleanliness, comfort, and genuine hospitality. The staff, managed by Jaap and his wife Jen, truly make it feel like a home away from home. However, I did notice some inconsistencies in service during my last visit which made me question my stay. Overall, it’s a lovely place to come back to, but there are some issues to keep in mind.

The Flamingo Hotel boasts an excellent location in South Pattaya, just a short walk from various restaurants and shopping options. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities but have an outdated feel, and the noise from nearby establishments can be disruptive at night. While the pricing is attractive, the service experience left much to be desired, particularly during my checkout.
